Email signature

Use the standard K3 email signature for all business correspondence to ensure clarity, consistency, and a professional tone.

Email signatures should remain restrained and functional, avoiding decorative colour, imagery, or promotional content.

Two approved email signature formats are available: a Standard signature for most correspondence, and an Extended signature for client-facing or commercial roles.

Extended signatures may include one additional line of text. Imagery, banners, or promotional graphics is limited to one.

The standard signature should be sufficient for the majority of business correspondence. It communicates authority, clarity and confidence.
