Digital letterhead templates for Microsoft Word

The digital letterhead ensures consistency across all electronic communications, maintaining the integrity of typography, spacing, and legal requirements.

All official correspondence must be issued using the approved Microsoft Word template.

Requirements
  • Full legal details must appear on page one. Do not remove legal entity details.
  • Page two onwards uses a simplified ‘continuation’ footer.
  • Typography must follow the defined Heading and Body styles.
  • Styles must not be manually overridden.
  • Bullet styles use a Signal Point glyph.
  • Do not paste logos into documents manually.
  • Do not resize or distort the footer.
  • Do not recreate the template independently.

There are four templates:

Letterhead (primary format)

The standard K3 Advisory Group letterhead for all formal Group communications.

Use the primary letterhead for all legal, financial, regulatory, and contractual correspondence where clarity, consistency, and authority are essential.

This format ensures communications remain formal, neutral, professional and legally compliant.

Use this template for:

  • Engagement letters
  • Client proposals
  • Advisory reports
  • Formal correspondence
  • Contracts and legal documentation
Design principles
  • The logo appears in single colour only.
  • The full-colour blend logo is not used on formal letterhead.
  • Legal entity details must appear on page one.
  • The layout must not be altered.
  • No additional graphics, gradients or imagery may be added.

Letterhead (blend footer option)

A second letterhead option for lighter, non-contractual communications.

A version including the brand blend strip in the footer may be used for communications that are less formal in nature but still external-facing, as well as internal documents.

This version should be used for:

  • Introductory letters
  • Relationship updates
  • Marketing-related correspondence
  • Event invitations
  • General updates
Design principles
  • The full-colour blend logo is still not used.
  • Only the footer blend strip differentiates this format.
  • Legal details remain mandatory on page one.
  • The layout must not be altered.
  • No additional decorative elements may be introduced unless approved by Brand & Communications.
If you are uncertain which version is appropriate, default to the primary format or consult Brand & Communications.
